The house layout is nice. Unquestionably needs some paint, repairing up in several places and new furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no problems about the house. We liked the price of this house and didn’t anticipate a whole lot.
The views and beach was Totally beautiful. The stroll to the beach is what I loved the most. The house itself is just not in good shape. It is old and very outdated. The household furniture wasn't comfortable at all and never good with small kids due to the very pointy edges, the mattresses need to be thrown out and new ones brought in. You may feel the springs when laying on them.
It wasn't dirty, it absolutely was well retained, and once again the location was wonderful. It could really advantage from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen. The fridge was terrific, no challenges (I'd observed concerns described in other reviews). Matthew Posted: 5/ten/2024
The coffee table was damaged, 2 on the three plastic chairs outside were broken. The house really could make use of a good power washing and that would make a large improvement on the deck. The house has so much potential it is sad to discover it getting operate down. I Completely loved the area, but when improvements are certainly not made would not rent house yet again.
